We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect - situated in a quiet area next to a zoo just outside the center of town. The hotel had a serene atmosphere, surrounded by a beautiful garden with comfortable terrace furniture. We enjoyed the peacefulness and tranquility of the surroundings. The hotel offered various services such as room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry, ensuring that all our needs were met. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the sitting area and the flat-screen TV in the room for our entertainment.

This place is highly recommended to all, without any reservations.

The decor is a little old fashioned. The bar/restaurant closed early (2200), although admittedly it was early in the season (end of May).

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the city center. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was important for me since I had some work to do during my stay.

The rooms were terribly small, I felt cramped during my entire stay. The air conditioning was not working properly, and it was hot and stuffy in the room.

cleanliness - the room was nicely designed and clean - equipped with all we needed for a night stay. great location - close to the zoo and a short walk away from all the good places at the wonderful Betekints-völgy. local insights - enjoyed the walk into the old town of Veszprem - about 10-15 minutes away. outstanding service - the staff at reception were very nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is next to a zoo and just outside of the town center. It is also an easy walk to the castle. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and feature all necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly and provides professional service to guests. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide range of options. the hotel features a wonderful wellness area with a large pool and sauna.

The walls seem to be thin which can lead to noisy mornings if fellow guests are not considerate.

Well maintained , quite location slightly outside center town (car needed ) but close to zoo. Splendid breakfast buffet. Next to a regular, good restaurant ("Nostalgia") they have also on same premises "villa Medici Restaurant" - if you love food that place is a must ! Also have a large beatifully designed/laidout , inside wellness area with large pool, jacuzzi , sauna and solarium - all "quiet area" . Was also great for our 7 yr daughter . Personell very attentive and friendly.

Interior somewhat "country-style" (wood)

Villa Medici is located in the heart of Veszprem, right next to the Zoo. The building is in good condition, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful, we loved the coffee machine. Wellness area is small, however very nice, and relaxing. Unfortunately, if you are going to Villa Medici to relax, and rest, then choose a different hotel. The walls are so thin that we woke up to the guest in the next room snoring. When others on your floor flush the toilet, you feel as if there is a small earthquake. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls, and we were not able to sleep and relax. I would give this hotel max. 3 stars.

The hotel's cleanliness and helpful staff contributed to a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a diverse selection and the spa facilities were clean and comfortable. The restaurant offered amazing food choices and the terrace had a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation was well-furnished and the daily cleaning service was appreciated.
